Iam ECFMG certified with green card. What are my chances?

hey everyone. I got ECFMG certified in december 2008. I have a green card.Iam planning to consider myself for 2010 match. here are my credentials

Step1: 82( second attempt)
sep2ck: 75(first attempt)
CS: pass(second time)

I have graduated in 2002 from Madras medical college.

so far no USCE. considering psychiatry or FM.

planning to apply to those programs which dont sponsor visas and take only citizens and green card holders.

what are my chnaces?
