A 28 year old man presents with a 2 hour history of rapid palpitations

    A 28 year old man presents with a 2 hour history of rapid palpitations. He feels a little light headed but is otherwise well. on examination his pulse is 170bpm and regular, and his BP 100/68mmhg. He has had 2 similar episodes in the past.
    1. atrial fibrillation
    2. supraventricular tachycardia
    3. ventricular ectopics
    4. ventricular tachycardia
    5. ventricular fibrillation
