    HERPENGINA>Usually infants,sore throat and vesicle formation and ulceration starts from usually back of mouth ,painful accompanied with fever.

    RUBELLA>PRIMARILY Rashes will be seen on face progressing to trunk and rest of body.Fever,Joint pain etc will accompany.


    Scarlet fever>> Strawberry tongue,fever,VERY TYPICAL RASH etc

    Herpes simplex>>Too many details for HSV1 N HSV2 to be categorized with ONLY A FEW above mentioned presentations.

    SO MOST PROBABLE DIAGNOSIS HERPANGINA.
