    hi,some body has just mentioned the dysperunia questions on one of the other site---
    ----Also if one could remember and keep me right that whether or not there was a qs.of renal failure and drugs to be used which do not need their dose to be changed---please comment---omeprazole or was it my DEJAVU.

    yes i remember that there was a question about a drug that is used in renal failure that doesnt need dose adjustment i choosed omeprazole

    there was a qs about a women with fever LEUCOCYTOSIS abd pain and during PV examination there was cervical tenderness .PELVIC INFLAMATORY DISEASE

    there is no qest about drug not need decrease dose in renal failure in exam but this q was one of q of (onexamination.com) mrcp2 q.

    PATIENT GIVEN COPROXAMOL NO BENEFIT CHANGE TO COCODAMOL
    WHO FOR MANANGMENT OF CANCER PAIN

    STEP1-NON OPOID+/-ADJUVENT
    STEP2-WEAK OPOID +NON OPOID+/-ADJUVENT
    STEP3-STRONG OPOID +NON OPOID +/-ADJUVENT

    NON OPOID= PARACETAMOL /NSAIDS
    WEAK OPOID =COCODAMOL 30/500
    STRONG OPOID=MORPHINE FENTANYL OXYCODONE
  9. YES ATAPLEXY WAS ONE OF THE OPTIONS BUT IT WAS NOT THE REAL ANSWER.
    THE QS.ABOUT OPIODS WAS -CO-CODAMOL 60/1000MG PARACETAMOL.

    biscut BP 70/50
    what is the most appropriate manangment
    1-IM ADRENALINERENALINE
    2-IV ADRENALINE
    3-IV ANTI HISTAMINE
    4-IV HYDROCORTISONE
    5-SC ADRENALINE

    HERE PATIENT SHOCK IF YOU GIVE IV ADRENALINE NEED TIME TO GET VEIN.
    SO BEST ANSWER WAS IM ADRENALINE

    PATIENT ADMITTED WITH NASEA AND VOMITING DUE TO GASTROENTERITIS GIVEN IV ANTI EMETIC AFTER THAT PATIENT WAS LOOKING UPWARD IN AFIXED STAIR

    WHATTREATMENT WHOULD BE GIVEN
    1-IV BENZATROPINE
    2-IV DANTROLINE
    3-IV CFOTAXIME
    4-ORAL BROMOCRIPTINE
    5-RECTAL DIAZEPAM
